In keeping with the houses around the area with the villa look, a full renovation of this leaky home was undertaken.  Opening up the house internally and flooding the house of natural light, improving the flow to suite a modern lifestyle.  Relocation of the entrance, addition of a deck, left an urban section room for a growing family.  Kitchen designed from Sharp and Page kept the clean lines and the modern touch vibrant.
